Need Help Quitting Porn?
How Do I Stop Watching Porn?
That question brings millions of people to the internet every year—often in secrecy, shame, and exhaustion. If you are asking it, you are not weak, broken, or beyond hope. You are being honest, and honesty is where real freedom begins.
The No More Project is a Christian teaching ministry dedicated to helping individuals stop watching porn and break free from pornography addiction through biblical truth, repentance, accountability, and the redemptive power of Jesus Christ. This ministry exists to confront pornography honestly, bring hidden sin into the light, and point people toward lasting freedom—not temporary behavior modification or empty self-help promises.
What the No More Project Is
The No More Project exists to teach biblical truth about pornography addiction, sexual sin, repentance, and freedom in Christ. Pornography thrives in secrecy, but freedom grows in the light. Scripture teaches that healing begins when sin is confessed, exposed, and surrendered to Jesus Christ. This ministry speaks plainly about the spiritual, relational, and cultural damage caused by pornography while proclaiming the greater hope found in the gospel.
What the No More Project Is Not
The No More Project is not professional counseling or therapy, and it is not a replacement for the local church. It is not entertainment, trend-driven content, or a quick fix for sexual addiction. Freedom from pornography requires more than information or willpower. It requires repentance, accountability, and discipleship rooted in biblical truth.
A Christian Ministry in Its Beginning Season
At this stage, the No More Project operates as a solo Christian teaching ministry led by Pastor Keith Mosher and is intentionally not yet a nonprofit organization. This season exists to establish clarity of mission, consistency of message, transparency of leadership, and visible fruit before formal nonprofit structures are pursued.
The long-term vision is to prayerfully transition the No More Project into a nonprofit ministry when the mission is clearly proven, appropriate safeguards are in place, and the right leadership can be assembled. Until then, the focus remains faithful teaching, public testimony, and truth brought into the light.
Why This Ministry Exists
Pornography addiction is rarely defeated in isolation. Many people try to stop watching porn through private resolutions, internet filters, or willpower alone. Without confession, accountability, and connection to the body of Christ, those efforts often lead to cycles of relapse and deeper shame.
The No More Project exists because pornography is often minimized or avoided in churches, while men and women suffer silently. This ministry exists to call sin what it is, proclaim grace where repentance is real, and remind people that freedom is possible through surrender to Jesus Christ.
Who This Ministry Is For
This ministry exists primarily to serve men, because men are disproportionately affected by pornography addiction, often struggle in silence, and are frequently under-discipled in this area within the Church. For these reasons, much of the teaching, language, and focus of the No More Project is directed toward helping men confront pornography honestly and pursue freedom through repentance, accountability, and discipleship.
For the sake of biblical wisdom, personal boundaries, and integrity, all one-on-one ministry, mentoring, and direct accountability through the No More Project is limited to men only. This boundary exists not because women’s struggles are less serious, but because healthy ministry requires clear safeguards, appropriate relationships, and accountability that honors both men and women.
Women who are struggling with pornography or sexual sin are not excluded from this ministry, and are free to make use of our resources. Many women have found understanding, conviction, and freedom through the books, written teachings, and podcast conversations offered by the No More Project, and are encouraged to pursue personal accountability and discipleship within their local church and trusted relationships.
This ministry is for those who are tired of hiding, tired of excuses, and tired of losing the same battle in private. It is for those who are asking, “How do I stop watching porn?” and are ready for an answer that involves responsibility, repentance, and real change. Whether your struggle is recent or long-standing, public or private, you are not beyond redemption.
Christian Resources for Breaking Free from Pornography
The No More Project provides Christ-centered resources designed to support repentance and accountability, including books, written teachings, the No More Podcast, and articles addressing pornography addiction and sexual integrity. These resources exist to inform the mind, convict the heart, and encourage discipleship and restoration.
Accountability and the Local Church
Breaking free from pornography addiction requires more than education. It requires confession, boundaries, submission to biblical authority, and connection to a healthy local church. The No More Project encourages every individual to pursue accountability within their local church and trusted, godly relationships. This ministry exists to support—not replace—the work of the Church.
A Final Word of Hope
If you are struggling right now, know this: you are not alone, and you are not beyond redemption. Asking “How do I stop watching porn?” is not the end of the story—it can be the beginning of repentance, healing, and lasting freedom. Sin must be confronted, grace is real, and the cross of Christ is sufficient for all who will come. No more hiding. No more excuses. No more bondage.
